Through prayer, soul searching, and personally experiencing life with a committed community of women, you can determine if life as a sister is truly life's calling. Our vocation director is specially trained to explore with you the various aspects of religious life and help determine if this is the appropriate response to God's call for you.
Becoming a sister...
To enter the congregation, a woman typically takes the following steps:
- Regular meetings with the vocations director and spiritual director
- Completion of the formal application process
- Entry into the initial formation program of prayer, study and community living
This includes:
- Candidacy
- A two-year novitiate experience
- Three to six years of temporary commitment to live
the vows
- Final profession of perpetual vows
We welcome you to call or visit to learn more about the sisters and about life in community and ministry.
